TM117 is our classic front axle compound, offering a well-balanced combination of initial bite, medium friction coefficient, modulation and wear. Widely used by our customers, it delivers optimal results on track and in rally racing, where it also proves effective on the rear axle. This versatile compound is a reliable choice for those seeking consistent performance across different racing environments.
Specifically engineered for endurance racing, TM118 delivers exceptional durability over long distances. It ensures consistent brake pedal feel and stable braking performance throughout the entire race, even under high-temperature conditions. With TM118, you can rely on long-lasting, dependable performance that keeps you in control from start to finish.
TM133 is designed for front axle applications and is widely used on ABS-equipped vehicles where a high initial bite is not required. This compound is particularly effective when the priority is to reduce disc temperatures. It generates heat in a controlled manner while maintaining an excellent friction coefficient, making it an ideal choice for applications where braking control and reduced thermal stress are essential.
TM188 is one of our customers’ preferred compounds for the front axle, especially on ABS-equipped vehicles such as GT3 and GT4 models. While sharing some characteristics with TM198, TM188 offers increased durability with a slightly softer initial bite. This compound has been carefully engineered to delay ABS activation at the start of braking, thereby reducing stopping distances. In addition, it reduces ABS intervention towards the end of braking, allowing excellent modulation during this critical phase. Another key advantage of TM188 is that it generates disc temperatures approximately 70°C lower than competing compounds with similar friction levels, making it an ideal choice for performance and endurance applications.
Designed for front axle use, the TM198 compound is an excellent choice for sprint races, particularly when maximum grip with new tyres is required during qualifying or short races. This brake pad delivers superior deceleration compared to other products on the market and is easy to modulate, ensuring reliable control. The exceptional modulation characteristics of TM198 also make it a popular choice in rally racing, where precision and consistency are crucial. If you are looking for a brake pad that delivers both performance and reliability, TM198 is a solid option for track and rally environments.
